Great Peninsula Conservancy has protected 147 acres of floodplain and upland forest along the Tahuya River! This property is strategically located with a mile of flowing river, and has tremendous conservation value for the Hood Canal. The acquisition will provide critical habitat for endangered salmon and other wildlife.
