Nisqually Land Trust acquires land from buddhist priory

In the middle of a city, the Anacortes Community Forest protects old growth forest, three lakes, wetlands and 50 miles of trails. In April, Skagit Land Trust announced that it had partnered with Friends of the Forest to add an additional 253 acres to the existing 3,000 acres.
